Payments can be made via BACS, cash, Apple Pay, credit card or debit card.

Cancellation Policy

We regret that treatment time will be reduced on late arrival for your appointment. 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations.
Without 24 hours' notice, half the cost of the booked treatment will be charged.

We take your privacy very seriously and this privacy statement is here to help you understand what 
we may do with any information you give us about you.

Information we collect about you

The Body Clinic will collect and store personal information to include, name, date of birth, home address,
email, telephone numbers and relevant medical history, to be able to provide you with our products
and services.

How we use your details

We will only share personal information with The Body Clinic therapists, where relevant. We never 
share any of your personal information with third parties.

Where we store you personal information

All information you supply us with will be stored in locked cabinets for 7 years minimum, after which 
it will be destroyed. All emails and texts will be deleted as soon as is practical.

By signing the consultation form you are consenting to your personal information being collected
and stored. You have the right to access any personal information we hold on you, which we will provide 
within 30 days. You may complain to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) if you are dissatisfied
with how we collect and store your information.
